Metal Stud® MSV

Verticaal profiel

Het Metal Stud® MSV-profiel is een C-vormig verticaal profiel voor gebruik in combinatie met Gyproc® platen in de binnenafbouw.

Het profiel wordt koud gewalst volgens NBN EN 14195:2015, uit thermisch verzinkt staal (Z100 volgens NBN EN 10346:2015), met embossering op de flenzen met dikte 1 mm en diameter 2 mm en tussenafstand 4 mm. Het profiel wordt ontbraamd, beschermd tegen roest en voorzien van minimaal 3 afgeronde H-stansingen per lengte met diameter 26 mm, met 3 dieptelijnen met dikte 1,2 mm met gelijke tussenafstand.

Toepassing en voordelen:

Het Metal Stud® MSV profiel wordt universeel toegepast in de binnenafbouw en is geschikt:

  • als verticale stijl voor Metal Stud®scheidingswanden en voorzetwanden;
  • als plaatdragend profiel voor Metal Stud®plafonds.

De vernieuwde gehamerde structuur van het staal zorgt voor een onmiddellijke verankering van de profielen: de profielen staan steviger in de MSH profielen en vallen niet om wat een verhoging van het werkritme betekent.
